Feedback without attracting Spam

As web designers we know all about spam bots. Spam bots, whats that I hear you ask? A spam bot is a programme written by those pesky spam sending people which scan websites in much the same way search engines do. Instead of scanning your websites looking for content they simply scan you site looking for email addresses. Once found they add these email addresses to their mass mailing lists.

We dislike spam as much as any of our clients, for this reason we advise all our clients to keep their email addresses off their websites. Email however is a really convenient way for people to contact you. So in place of email addresses we can encode feedback forms into your pages for you. These feedback forms once sent will arrive in you inbox much like any other emails. However your email address is hidden away in the background on our webserver so know one can get hold of it.
