E-Commerce System

 

This system is made up of multiple elements that include :

•  A shopping basket and mini-shopping basket to show what goods are currently being purchased.
•  Integration with either protx or paypal (others available on request)
•  A database to store client information
•  Stock database to track and record orders

 The above elements can be integrated to give an easy to use interface for your clients. Logged in members would have much of the information filled out for them based on the information stored in their user profile. Credit card information would be stored off site by a payment provider such as protx or paypal.

Once processed the order is stored for later auditing ( and downloadable in pdf format ). This offline process would reflect the current set-up with the further addition of records of past transactions and the possible inclusion of a stock database to manage quantities ordered / available. Once a payment was received a copy of the invoice is sent to the purchaser and to you for your accounting and distribution of products/documents.

Our online purchasing system can also be enhanced with the use of automated transaction confirmation. This allows your users to have access to their products/services once the payment provider has confirmed the transaction. If you are selling downloadable products (ie music, document, images) the website can automatically make these availble as soon as the payment provider confirms the credit card transaction. This confirmation is sent to you the shop owner and the client with instruction on where to download their products. This simple addition can make your website completely auto-pilot leaving you to concentrate on other things.
