Form To Page Tool

Not all content added to the site will be done directly via the Duo CMS easy edit website system. Some content will need to be created by allowing users of the site to suggest content. An example of this is the suggestion of Members News or Events. A user could come to the site, fill out a form ie, news  title, description, date and type and this information could be formatted into a page on the appropriate part of the site. You would then be emailed a notification and could then follow a link to that part of the site to review the information and publish it.

Another use of this ‘form to page’ tool would be to allow documents to be added to the web site. Users could fill out the details of the document, ie title, description etc and browse and upload the file. This again would notify you before the page and document are published.

Allowing users and site members to add content in this way will help increase the size of the site with minimum effort from you while still maintaining control of what is published.
